Warren Buffett says "immediately raise taxes on those making more than $1 million"

Billionaire mega-investor Warren Buffett said today that if it were up to him, he would raise taxes immediately.

but don't we keep getting told that the rich would be angry if they had to pay more in taxes?

Warren Buffet says wealthy Americans ought to be paying more in taxes. Mr. Buffett called on members of Congress to immediately raise the tax rate for households with taxable incomes of more than $1 million, with an additional hike for those making $10 million more.

Buffett paid only 17 percent of his taxable income last year, less than anybody else in his office. For his lesser-paid coworkers, the average was 36 percent, he says.

In stark contrast - Governor Perry says the majority of Americans don't pay any taxes.

I guess Governor Perry forgot about payroll taxes.
