Mitt Romney: “Jeep, now owned by the Italians, is thinking of moving all production to China.” 
Chrysler says it is “a leap that would be difficult even for professional circus acrobats” to suggest that it would close U.S. facilities and move all operations to China. You can read Chrysler's blog post in response to Romney's claims here.
It’s also misleading to say “Obama took GM and Chrysler into bankruptcy” without mentioning that Romney, too, advocated a bankruptcy plan. In fact, Romney wrote a 2008 op-ed that said: “A managed bankruptcy may be the only path to the fundamental restructuring the industry needs.”
Mitt Romney used his  outright false claim during an Oct. 25 campaign speech in Ohio. In Defiance, Ohio, Romney said: “One of the great manufacturers in this state, Jeep, now owned by the Italians, is thinking of moving all production to China.”
He also claims that GM is shifting 15,000 US jobs to China, but GM calls that an out right lie.
A Mitt Romney radio ad falsely claims that that a reduction in GM’s U.S. payroll “means 15,000 more jobs for China.” 
GM spokesman Greg Martin told the Detroit Free Press: “We’ve clearly entered some parallel universe during these last few days.” Martin went on to say, “No amount of campaign politics at its cynical worst will diminish our record of creating jobs in the U.S. and repatriating profits back to this country.”
Just a little more info - there is already a Beijing Jeep
The Beijing Jeep Corporation bought the old tooling for the second generation of Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2004 (produced in USA from 1999 to 2004) when the third generation was introduced in the States as a 2005 model. After some tooling up time, the SUV was introduced in 2006 for the Chinese market as the Jeep 4000 and 4700 Grand Cherokee (for the 4.0 and 4.7 V8, models).
