  1. So, his very first EO was to seal his college transcripts?

Did you read Executive Order #13489? President Obama's records aren't sealed! You'll find there is NOTHING about President Obama mandatorily, through preemptive order, sealing his records. The order is all about the legal procedure for releasing Presidential records and information relating to incumbent and former Presidents:

Section 1, Definition G: "A 'substantial question of executive privilege' exists if NARA's (National Archives and Records Administration) disclosure of Presidential records might impair national security (including the conduct of foreign relations), law enforcement, or the deliberative processes of the executive branch."

Again, President Obama has not sealed his records.

This would all depend on if his records fall under the NARA. If they do then yes he did seal his transcripts and any other record that would pertain to him. If his college transcripts do not fall under the NARA then no he did not. In reading the order it seems to be fairly simple in regards to the disclosure of records pertaining to the current and previous presidents and his college transcripts definitely fall in that catagory. If he has moved to have his college transcripts filed under the NARA then they could keep them covered up.

People only seal (hide) something when they do not want anyone to know about it or you only hide (seal) something that is valuable! It's my opinion, something is wrong with his behavior and actions! Honest people never hide their past records because it's the truth concerning their life! People only hide their past records because it reveals a lie they are telling or living now!(the present time) August 2012. Does he love us Americans so much he doesn't want to hurt us or he hates us Americans so much he loves to hurt us, you decide-------------------then vote your answer! Actions speak louder than words----he sealed his past records!
