The White House - Office of the Press Secretary

For Immediate Release June 09, 2011

Executive Order - Establishment of the White House Rural Council

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and in order to enhance Federal engagement with rural communities, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands.

To enhance the Federal Government's efforts to address the needs of rural America, this order establishes a council to better coordinate Federal programs and maximize the impact of Federal investment to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in our rural communities.

Haven't you heard of Agenda 21?
The really disappointing thing is that Bill Clinton started the 1st executive order after being at a summit meeting in 1992 where 176 countries signed on to create a communist global government and George W Bush also signed an executive order for this new Agenda which supports the NWO. It won't be long until the internet is shut completely down which was arranged when Obama met with all those technology heads from Google, Facebook, etc.
But fortunately there are so many other alternatives to spread the word as it gets closer.

Why won't anybody running for president bring these dictitorial mandates to the publics attention. These executive orders are what they should be discussing. Notice how innocent they sound! I'll bet most people think it's so wonderful. (thats the way it's intended to sound). All these mandates are taking place outside the legislative process. Someone in the media please speak up or our country will be run by Obama and his Marxist comrads.

Well, since the constitution does not allow Obama this authority, this so called law is null and void and has no effect on the American people. The sooner the governors get together and nullify this and other laws like this the sooner we can get on with out lives and maybe even get this economy going again. If your governor has not joined together with other governors yet, then maybe it is time you selected a new governor. This countries laws and government start with us. If we don't put the right people in there, then this is what we get. Start putting ALL people in government positions that will follow the constitution FIRST and then worry about everything else.

we are aware of Agenda 21 in Tuscaloosa Alabama--it has taken hold in the rebuilding of our town and adopting of codes and rules that prevent a property-owner to build what he wants--It has to fit in with the "sustainable development" and "green spaces " and "multi" everything form housing to income--I personally am discriminate about where I live and shop. No apology

The thing is, Agenda21 has been ongoing for nearly 20years now, and they're in stage 3 of implementation. A Lot of Universities, Utility Cos.,Banks, etc. are already on board, but not many Corporations. Its time to get to them, before they too, are bribed or brainwashed through the Delphi Technique (reverse psychology technique). Much of the stimulis money these past few years have lined the pockets of Agenda people. It's an extreemly corrupt Government today, greed & power have taken over the minds of to many. It is really scary!

What can we do to get Executive Orders out to the public before they're actually put through. After 30 days, form signing an E.O., it becomes law. Maybe someone should start a petition online and send it to Washington.
