Finland is offering to lend a monetary infusion to the cash starved nations of Greece and Italy but they want collateral this time around.

Can Greece or Italy afford not to accept the terms that are being offered?

Can Greece count on Germany this time around?

How will this play on the United States economy and the much needed economic turnaround we are all looking for?
