(Video) Weekly Address: Confronting the Growing Threat of Climate Change
President Obama uses this weeks internet address to take his case for a plan to confront the growing threat of climate change. His plan is to cut carbon pollution, protect our country from the impacts of climate change, and lead the world in a coordinated assault on a changing climate. His plan does not appear to cover increased methane gas release (bad for the environment) from natural gas drilling or well contamination (bad for human and animal consumption) by fracking practitioners.
But it reduces coal based smog emissions.
