President Obama will address the nation for the third time in his Presidency on Sunday - December 6th 2015 - from the White House - Oval Office
The expectation is that President Obama will use tonight's address to unveil an immediate increase in military assets and personnel being sent against ISIL in the global war on terror. He will also update the nation on the ongoing investigation into the San Bernardino terrorist attack.
