(VIDEO) President Obama on Fiscal Year 2017 Budget - CNAP and the Federal Privacy Council

President Obama meets with members of his National Security Team and his Cybersecurity Advisors as he roles out the ned Executive Orders creating the Commission on Enhancing Cybersecurity (CNAP) and the Establishment of the Federal Privacy Council. President Obama takes time at the beginning of this statement to tout his economic record over the past 7 years with unemployment, deficits & gas prices all being down as he pitches his Fiscal 2017 proposals.
