Department of State: New Memorandum of Understanding Between the United States and Israel

The United States has concluded a new 10-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Israel on security assistance for Fiscal Years 2019 through 2028. This MOU constitutes the single largest pledge of bilateral military assistance in U.S. history.‎ The new MOU will be signed in a ceremony at
the Department of State in the Treaty Room on September 14, at 2:00 pm.

The event is open to the press.

Pre-set time for video cameras is 1:00 p.m. from the 23rd Street entrance of the U.S. Department of State.

Final access time for still photographers and journalists is 1:30 p.m. from the 23rd Street entrance of the U.S. Department of State.

Media representatives may attend this event upon presentation of one of the following: (1) A U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification card (driver's license or passport). Please allow adequate time to process through security.
