The sounds of little feet soon to be in the White House

Another one of President Barack Obama's campaign promises has been kept.

Bo is about to take up residence at the White House for the remaining 1378 days of the Obama administrations first term in office.

Bo is a six-month-old Portuguese water dog.

He is a gift to be given to Malia and Sasha as a gift by Sen. Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts.

Bo has black fur with white patches on his chest and chin, which are accompanied by white paws.
But the Obama's will have to wait to formally accept the new resident to Pennsylvania Ave.

Bo is scheduled to move in to the White House on Tuesday though the family has already had a meeting with Bo, who was once known as Charlie.
