President Obama has made a move to counter critics of the "Obama Care" health care bill allowing states to have more control over benefits.
The Health care bill will undoubtedly be a large target once the Republican candidate is selected since it already sits in the cross-hairs of each of the candidates seeking the nomination.
But will this move put the majority of the Republican concerns and objections in check?
