(Video) House Democrats: Let's Give America A Raise

The House Democrats video states that they are focused on building an economy that works for all Americans. Raising the minimum wage and increasing pay for at least 25 million American workers, lifting more than 1 million Americans out of poverty. And hundreds of economists and business owners agree: a higher minimum wage is good for our economy, our workers, and our long-term growth. That's why this week House Democrats have taken action to force an up-or-down vote to raise the minimum wage to $10.10 an hour. The seem to gloss over what raising the minimum wage to $10.10 would do to the cost of commodities and how it would force a dramatic vertical ramp of inflation.
