Jeff Denham (CA-10) pointed out that the law is causing higher premiums and lost coverage for Latinos along with millions of other Americans, with problems being compounded by difficulties with the Spanish-language version of Healthcare.gov. ObamaCare now claims to have over 4 million signups.
